We are always on the look out for experienced staff, however we are also keen to welcome young people into our business who would like to develop a career in the Horseracing Industry. It may surprise people to know that this industry is the 6th largest in the UK.

A healthy lifestyle is becoming more and more important in today's world so an outdoor life in the company of horses, and people of your own age can be very enjoyable.

No riding experience is neccessary, as all young people joining Mark Johnston Racing will spend twelve weeks at The British Racing School and also receive training at MJR.
